NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000221-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1XS, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL T. GEORGE A/K/A MICHEAL THOMAS GEORGE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block B, RICHMOND TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof re-corded in Plat J, Pages 85, of the Public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
