NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2010-CA-017580-O, in which Plaintiff, Stonecrest Income and Opportunity Fund-I, LLC, and Defendants, Russell G. Dixon a/k/a Russell Gerald Dixon; Valencia Greens Homeowners Association, Inc.; Jane Doe n/k/a Melanie McLaine; and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
Lot 46, Valencia Greens, according to the map or plat thereof, as recoreded in Plat Book 31, Page(s) 144, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
a/k/a: 934 Lejay Street, Orlando, Florida 32825
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 2nd day of October, 2014, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
