NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018883-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the Registered Holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-HE5, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Leslie A. Scott; Nancy Rodriguez a/k/a Nancy Scott; Capital One Bank; Unknown Spouse of Leslie A. Scott; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Rodriguez a/k/a Nancy Scott; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s); Et Al are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK A, RIVERSIDE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
