NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001930 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Nancy V. Edghill also known as Nancy Edghill, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
