BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO AMERICAN TRUST WATERSIDE PARTNERS LLC, FL BY DEED FROM DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED 2007-02-26, RECORDED 2007-04-12 DEED BOOK 3143 PAGE 222.
