NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Aug 28, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 13003165CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS P WALSH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS P. WALSH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; HERITAGE OAK PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 2 day of Oct, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
