DAVIS A/K/A WILDA TINDALL DAVIS; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST KENNETH E. DAVIS A/K/A KENNETH EUGENE DAVIS, DECEASED; WILDA LEE DAVIS A/K/A WILDA L. DAVIS A/K/A WILDA TINDALL DAVIS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KENNETH E. DAVIS A/K/A KENNETH EUGENE DAVIS, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
