THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 46, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2014 and thereafter.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney, Mateusz M. Szymanski, Esq., Threlkeld & Associates, P.A., 2272 Airport Road South #101, Naples FL, 34112, on or before 10/17/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
