The administration of the estate of ORIANA JEAN DENIS, deceased, whose date of death was April 29, 2013; File Number 1301395CP is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Probate Division, whose address is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Ste. 102, Naples, FL 34112-5324. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
