NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-381-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TROPHY CLUB AT THE STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANA FRADENBURGH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ANA S. FRADENBURGH A/K/A ANA SONIA MUSTO FRADENBURGH REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 9, 2000, WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE AND TO SELL, TO LEASE TO ENCUMBER AND OTHERWISE TO MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF and ANA FRADENBURGH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ANA S. FRADENBURGH A/K/A ANA SONIA MUSTO FRADENBURGH REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 9, 2000, WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE AND TO SELL, TO LEASE TO ENCUMBER AND OTHERWISE TO MANAGE AND are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 (3rd Floor Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of October, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2003, TROPHY CLUB AT THE STRAND, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 2709, Pages 584 through 656, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A: 5963 Trophy Drive, Unit 2003, Naples, FL 34110
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
