NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007677 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Harborview 2006-14, is Plaintiff and Victor E. Philogene, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28, 29 AND 30, BLOCK B, NAPLES GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
