NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA003610, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Timothy Frazier A/K/A Timothy A. Frazier, Jr.; Ashley Frazier A/K/A Ashley Ingersoll-Frazier; Golden Gate Estates Area Civic Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) N/K/A Ashley Hamlett; defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 a.m. on this 1 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 165 FEET OF TRACT 49, UNIT NO. 80, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
