NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 8, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 007881 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and jose luis gonzalez, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County on-line public auction website at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com., beginning at 11:00 AM on October 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
