NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 005090 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff, and, SAMUEL POPOCA; ESTRELLA GIRADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTRELLA GIRADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL POPOCA;; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 26, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, CURRY PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 124 AND 125 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
