Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014 and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011018 pending in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and David A. Napoliello; SunTrust Bank; Diana R. Napoliello; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of Subject Property, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of October, 2014, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
