NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 58-2011-CA-006680 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE B COLLOM; TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIELLE COLLOM are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 10/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 3, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST ALONG WEST LINE OF SAID BLOCK 3, A DISTANCE OF 51.74 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST, 137.30 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST, 51.39 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 3; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 32 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE 137.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
