NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-007582-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE-HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and BRYAN W LOVE; DIANE M LOVE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 10/08/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
