NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-002504 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and PATRICIA L. MORRISSEY AKA PATRICA L. SILVANI, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, VALENCIA LAKES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MARY COOGAN A/K/A MARY ROSE SILVANI A/K/A MARY ROSE WIERZBA, ELIZABETH COOGAN, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN L. SILVANI, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF MARY COOGAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH COOGAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY COOGAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA L. MORRISSEY AKA PATRICIA L. SILVANI,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against John L. Silvani, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, VALENCIA LAKES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 47 AND 47A THROUGH 47E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
