NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001103 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DOLORES M. WITCRAFT A/K/A DELORES M. WITCRAFT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY-AS TO UNIT 1; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY-AS TO UNIT 2; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK “E”, REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART CONVEYED TO COUNTY OF SARASOTA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 455, PAGE 789, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 460, PAGE 47, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1962, PAGE 665 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2801, PAGE 2806, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 215, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
