NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001831 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ROBERT J. PRANCEVIC, AS CO-TRUSTE OF THE PRANCEVIC 1999 REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 7, 1999; SUSAN CHANEY-PRANCEVIC, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE PRANCEVIC 1999 REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 7, 1999; VILLA MARIA OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, VILLA MARIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFIIAL RECORDS #2004109166, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 4, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 1732 Redwood Street, Apt D, Sarasota, Florida 34231-3846
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
