NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002769 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Paul B. Roesler; Susan Roesler; Mary Otero; The Bank of Commerce; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF LOTS 186 AND 187, OSPREY PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 205, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
