NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010327 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DARA G. MCLEOD A/K/A DARA MCLEOD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARA G. MCLEOD A/K/A DARA MCLEOD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SCME MORTGAGE BANKERS, INC.; HERON CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, HERON CREEK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
