NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 05, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-008152-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and EUGENE VARIO A/K/A EUGENE C. VARIO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE EUGENE C. VARIO REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DARED 02/22/2010; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EUGENE VARIO A/K/A EUGENE C. VARIO; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE EUGENE C. VARIO REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 02/22/2010; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; FOXWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

UNIT 95, FOXWOOD CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1665, PAGE 467, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGE 7, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
