NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011CA009429NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-NC3, is Plaintiff and Hazel M. Jamieson, Unknown Spouse of Hazel M. Jamieson and William Jamieson, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
1496, Unit 16, Lake Sarasota Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 22, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
