NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014, in Case Number 2012 CA 009832 NC, of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which American Airlines Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Kurt Rinne, Margaret Rinne, Thomas H. Larrabee, Timothy Huffman, Barrington Woods Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 2, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 201, BARRINGTON WOODS, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1449, Pages 1285 to 1333, inclusive, as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Page 17, as Amended in Condominium Book 19, Page 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
