TRUST 2004 HE6 is the Plaintiff and WENDY S. JOHNSON; PAUL W. JOHNSON; YACHT CLUB COLONY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
