Johnson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 17, 18, AND 19, BLOCK 498, UNIT 15, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 69 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
