Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 13-CA-52458, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT P. GALAZIN; CATHY BLACKWELL; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale at ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 511, UNIT 13, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 56 THROUGH 60, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
