LOT 142, UNIT NO. 4, RIVER FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13750 OX BOW RD, FORT MYERS, FL 33905; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: wwwlee.realforeclose.com on October 6, 2014 at 9 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
