NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052241 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, Plaintiff and Roberto Antonio Lester a/k/a Roberto A. Lester a/k/a Robert A. Lester and Camille G. Lester, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, (PARCEL 103), SANDOVAL, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 15 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
