Final Judgment was awarded on Sept. 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-050596, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and, LISETTE ALVAREZ; FIRST HOME BUILDERS OF FLORIDA, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TONY TRIEU; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MIA TRIEU; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on October 2, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
