NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 5, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-053018 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 8 day of October, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Condominium Parcel; Unit 12-D, Building 1, BELLAVISTA AT GULF HARBOUR YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 33 to 38 Incl.; and being further described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3053, Page 2460, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of Lee County, Florida .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
