and commonly known as: 610 SW 4TH ST, CAPE CORAL, FL 33919; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: wwwlee.realforeclose.com on October 3, 2014 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
