NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005413-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and James J. Rodgers; Marie Rodgers; Hunting Creek Multi-Family Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Bank of America Corporation; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, HUNTING CREEK MULTI FAMILY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 125-130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
