NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2013-CA-2779-WS in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, that Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 84, PALM TERRACE ESTATES UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 78, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
