Sardo, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 205, HARBOR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 930, PAGE 1743, ET SEQ., AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
