NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-007664-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Beverly Shimkus Vickers a/k/a Beverly A. Vickers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 49, LAKEWOOD RANCHES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 12 AND 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS COMMENCE AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF TRACT 49 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE N 60 DEGREES 34' 33” EAST 125.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 24' 42” WEST 62.19 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 35' 18” WEST 108.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
