NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003832-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Christopher G. Mills are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 57, AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 56, UNIT 2, VIRGINIA CITY SUBDIVISION: SAID PORTIONS OF LOTS, UNIT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
