Along with the perpetual rights to use the following described 25.0 foot wide ingress and egress easement: The East 25.00 feet of the West ½ of the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 33, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, LESS the North 278.04 feet thereof.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on October 13, 2014 , at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
