NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000330ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICE POTTER A/K/A MAURICE D. POTTER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE POTTER A/K/A STEPHANIE L. POTTER, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STEPHANIE POTTER A/K/A STEPHANIE L. POTTER, MAURICE POTTER A/K/A MAURICE D. POTTER, GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 11A. A portion of Lot 11, of Circle 8 acres Phase 2, an unrecorded plat. Being a parcel of land located in section 26, township 25 south range 19 east, Pasco County Florida, more particularly described as follows; Commence at the SW corner of said section 26; thence S. 8904`20”E., a distance of 882.75 feet; thence N. 0045`08”E a distance of 1980.00 feet: thence N. 7745`00”W., 430.79 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N. 7745`00”W., 175.48 feet; thence N. 12 15` 00”E., 404.38 feet to a point on a curve being the southerly right-of-way boundary of a 60` foot roadway; thence along an arc to the right 52.23 feet, with a radius of 100.00 feet, subtended by a chord of 51.64 feet, chord bearing S. 6734`34.5”E. to a point of reverse curvature; thence along an arc to the left 48.11 feet, with a radius of 50.00 feet, subtended by a chord of 46.27 feet; chord bearing S.8010`34”E; thence S. 0104`55”W., 404.88 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
