LOT 15, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 085, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 6438 TABOGI TRAIL.
A lawsuite has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Steven H. Mezer, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3913, Tampa, Florida 33601, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
