NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-00089 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and AUDREY SHANNON, REGIONS BANK. AND UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK 38, SEVEN OAKS PARCELS S-SB, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
