NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-001896 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-10N TRUST FUND , Plaintiff, and, AZAR ALI, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 8th day of October, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 18, EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 73 THROUGH 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
