NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 2, 2014, in Case No. 13-CA-004879 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Amy J. Quezon, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of October, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. the judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 10 feet of Lot 13 and the South 40 feet of Lot 14, Block 8, WEST HYDE PARK, HENDRY & KNIGHTS SUBDIVISION, and the West 1/2 of closed alley abutting thereto, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 36, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
