NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 20, 2012 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-017085 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and ERICK CUEVAS, ERICK CUEVAS, ERICK E CUEVAS, MAYLA CUEVAS, MAYLA N CUEVAS, MAYLA N CUEVAS, WATSON GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA`S WHOLESALE LENDER, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 45, WATSON GLEN PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 109, Pages 71 through 74, inclusive, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
