NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-017468 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, JIMENEZ, MATILDE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of October, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3 OF ECHO LAKE ESTATES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE(S) 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
