NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-021987 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Homebanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Hyde Park Place II Condominium Association, Inc., Lori B Kulhavi, Unknown Spouse Of Lori B Kulhavi, Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
