Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 18, of WHISPER LAKE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3801, Page 259, as amended thereto, being further described in the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 39, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
