The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-8, Plaintiff and MELANIE PAS A/K/A MELANIE A. PAS; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this September 29th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18515, BUILDING 2, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. 15574, PAGES 149 THROUGH 308, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
