NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-003265 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is Plaintiff, and Maria J. Lee a/k/a Maria Koh a/k/a Maria Jihee Koh, Jae Hak Lee a/k/a Jae H. Lee, Oakwood at Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., and Wachovia Bank, National Association are the Defendants.
Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
